With just over 18 months of topical physiotherapy blogs completed on the Life Made Simple Physiotherapy website, we’ve clearly had a busy focus on the many ways that physiotherapy can help individuals maintain and nurture their health and wellbeing.
We thought we would take a look back at some of the past blogs as a reminder of the ways physiotherapy can help. The first one in the series, we look back to a spring clean!
Spring clean 2022
There is nothing like a good clear out and clean up in the spring to bid adieu to the winter clutter that has accumulated over the last few months, and to look forward to Easter, the spring, and warmer times. My mum used to talk about a ‘spring clean’ when I was young and I never really understood it in those formative years, but now I completely get it! A refresh button on life, which might include a bit of decorating, shifting furniture around and a trip to the local tip to get rid of something that really should never made it across the threshold. Be careful with any lifting please!
There are of course two spring cleans that you might want to undertake, the first being the tangible one in the home, but perhaps the more important one is the possible spring clean of your physical and mental self. But what do we mean?
New enquiries
Wellbeing is important, and perhaps more so than ever during this lockdown, to cope with the stresses and strains of all that we need to deal with. Life Made Simple Physiotherapy is receiving a steady stream of new enquiries from individuals seeking care for their individual needs as 2022 unfolds.
The path to the release of us all from the pandemic will of course take time, with many hoping for better days in the last six months of the year ahead. Making sure you are fit and well in yourself is vital to ensure that you will be ready to enjoy these times. Are you ready, and what actions might you consider?
Great local guest writers for nutrition, exercise and yoga
We have featured on this blog page some great local guest writers for nutrition, exercise and yoga as to what services can be harnessed to improve lifestyle and overall wellbeing. All highly recommended! We believe that physiotherapy care can be a great help in improving health and, of course, wellbeing.
Our recent introduction of acupuncture as part of our physiotherapy offering only serves to enhance the overall care facility and plays an important part in helping with the daily tasks that we ask of the body, its muscles and its tissues.
