The example age demographics of physiotherapy | Life stages series

As we have noted before on our webpages and blogs, we are all different in many ways. Age, gender, health, wealth to name just a few examples can have significant effects on the physical and mental wellbeing of a client. Time does not stand still and as we all age, our needs, preferences, and requirements change. We see this through the physiotherapy care that we offer clients throughout their life stages.

In a series of topical blogs, Life Made Simple Physiotherapy has looked at a succession of age ranges to explore life stages and the health and musculoskeletal issues that may arise during each stage. In a series of approximately 10 blogs, one posted each week over the balance of 2021 and the start of 2022, we will look at each age range and the typical issues that we encounter, allowing for (hopefully) a guest blog or two. If you have any specific age range you want to look at then please let us know and we would be happy to help.

We appreciate that thankfully we are all different and each client will have varying experiences during their journey through life. As you will see from our future blogs, physiotherapy can play an important part in helping mobility, core strength, health, and wellbeing in each stage of life as it reveals itself to each individual. And life changes do happen at different times for different people. As suggested above, if you don’t fit comfortably into one category or another, and are experiencing difficulties or pain with you frame, muscle tissue, or both (and let’s face it, it can be pretty stressful out there!), then talk to us about your individual circumstances to see how we can help.

We hope this series of blogs is helpful as we progress through the remainder of 2021. We hope you will see that thinking about your physiotherapy care is important and chatting through what you anticipate and expect is part of that process. Please do contact Life Made Simple Physiotherapy by email at Physio@lifemadesimple.co.uk , or by telephone on 07309 272 555 for your individual physiotherapy needs and care.
